<Pericardium 6>
What’s it good for?
PC6 (Pericardium 6, or in Chinese, Nei Guan) is often regarded by Traditional Chinese Medicine teachers as a powerful point that can be used to address different body discomforts.
Located in the Pericardium channel on the arm, this very useful acupressure points can be massaged to help easing the following discomforts:
Nausea
Easing nausea no matter the cause (Motion sickness, over-drinking, pregnancy)
Calming Anxious Feeling
Help calming the mind, reducing anxiety feeling, easing chest tightness sensation
Hiccups
Help keeping Hiccups under control
Where does it locate?

PC6 is not difficult to locate! Measure three fingers from your wrist (either left or right).

At the bottom of your fingers, locate the centre point between the two tendons (see the white dot in the picture.
How to massage?
Use your thumb to apply pressure and use small circular motion on the point for 5 minutes until better.
Massage on either arm or both if needed.
